The analysis and code shown in the book use mainly the R language  and associated packages of related R functions.
We have also used the OpenBUGS program, an open source version of BUGS (Bayesian inference Using Gibbs Sampling) and the  AntsInFields program.


All this software are provided under  the GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE
